Who this is for

The tools you used to build your success may be the same tools that aren't working now — and you can feel it.

You're competent. You're responsible. You've handled harder things than this.

And still, something isn't shifting.

  • You may be making the same decision for the third time and still second-guessing it.

  • You may be performing at work and depleted everywhere else.

  • You may be in a relationship pattern you can see clearly but can't seem to change.

  • You may have done therapy before. It helped, but it didn't get to this.

You don't need more time to think about it alone. You need clinical clarity, pattern recognition, and a structured way to understand what's actually driving it.

How the work happens

In therapy, we look beneath the presenting situation and identify the deeper structure keeping the pattern in place. That work is grounded in an approach I've refined across thousands of clinical hours.

We identify what's actually driving the situation, clarify what's no longer working, and begin the structured work of building something better in its place.

Many clients begin to see what's driving their pattern within the first two or three sessions. What happens after that is the work of making the change hold.

Ways to work together

I'm based in Atlanta. Clinical therapy is available to clients located anywhere in Georgia at the time of service, and all sessions are virtual.

Three formats. Same approach. Different depth.

Most clients begin with standard 50-minute sessions. Extended and intensive sessions are used periodically when a specific situation calls for more time. Session cadence is determined clinically and depends on the nature of the work, current availability, and what you're trying to address.

Standard Session

Weekly or biweekly therapy for ongoing work on patterns, decisions, relationships, and the situations where they show up.

50 minutes | $325

Extended Session

For complex decisions, layered situations, or moments when you need more time to reach clarity in one conversation instead of spreading the work across several weeks.

90 minutes | $525

Focused Clinical Intensive

A single session built around one situation: a decision that won't resolve, a pattern that keeps repeating, or a transition you need to think through clearly. Best for people who want concentrated work rather than spreading the entire conversation across multiple sessions.

3 hours | $1,750

Payment is due at the time of service. A card is kept on file. Before beginning care, you'll receive the required fee disclosures so you understand the expected cost of services.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Book a consultation. Fifteen minutes by phone. No cost. You tell me what's going on. I tell you what I notice and whether I think I can help.

2. If it's a fit, we schedule. You'll complete intake paperwork, place a card on file, and reserve a session time.

3. We start the work. Many people know by the second or third session whether the work is doing what they came for. If it's not, we talk about it directly.

How to start

Availability changes throughout the year. The consultation is the first step in determining whether there's a clinical and scheduling fit.
