Our coaching programs are designed for personal and professional development. They do not constitute therapy, medical advice, or treatment for mental health conditions. Coaching results vary, and success depends on your commitment and implementation of strategies.

3. Restrictions of Use

a. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share coaching materials without explicit written consent.
b. Our programs are for individual use only. Group access or sharing is strictly prohibited.
c. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could harm our business, reputation, or other clients.

4. Price Policy & Payments

a. All prices are listed in [U.S. Dollars (USD)] and are subject to change at our discretion.
b. Full payment or a payment plan (if offered) is required before accessing any coaching sessions or program materials.
c. Failure to complete payments under a payment plan will result in suspension or termination of access to services.
d. All sales are final. Missed cohort sessions will not be rescheduled.

All content, materials, and methodologies provided in our coaching programs are the intellectual property of DJD Ventures, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
